Pay and CIS
The Friday job, done on your phone.
CIS to the penny
Worked out on labour only. Materials and VAT handled, including the reverse charge.
Weekly pay runs
Approve hours or day rates, then build the run. Managers approve at the agreed rate; anything else waits for the owner.
A payment list for your bank
A CSV you upload to your bank. A bank-format file is built but not yet tested with a real bank, so use the CSV for now.
Month end in one place
Your CIS300 figures, and every payment in a spreadsheet for your accountant.
Filed months are locked
Nothing changes after you file. Reopening a month needs a reason, and it is logged.
Right to work
Check once, keep the proof, never miss an expiry.
Checks on your phone
Photos of the documents are stored privately, with the date and who checked.

Everything for one worker in one file, ready if anyone asks.

What Subbo is not
Not accounting software. No VAT returns, no company tax, no PAYE employees (for now). Send the figures to Xero, QuickBooks or your accountant.
